On the other hand, regular bathing can prevent allergies, especially if you have oily skin, can also improve blood flow and relax muscles and joints, and can improve immune function.
- So how often should I take a bath or shower?
The rules say that one should bathe at least once a day because it helps prevent unpleasant odors. Dr. Kapoor said: "How many times you take a day depends on your skin and the work (lifestyle) you do, such as day work, farming, gym, running, cycling and so on."
He added: "If you don't bathe enough, you cause a lot of skin problems, such as acne, odor, clogged pores, hyperpigmentation, flakes and blemishes on the skin." For others, it is good to bathe every day or once every three days. The most important thing is to take a good bath or shower, which includes:
- Keeping the water temperature to tepid (neither cold nor hot).
- On days you don't wash, ensure you wipe your body with a warm washcloth.
- Shower time should be 5-7 minutes max.
- Wipe yourself off with a delicate spongy towel.
- Saturate inside three minutes of washing or showering.
Remember these things to try not to get dry skin after a shower!
