- A littlethe oil for browning

- Fiery harsh sauce fixings

- 2 tbspChili sauce

- 2 tbsptomato sauce

- 1-2 tbspwater

- 1 tspvinegar

- 1/3 tsppowdered stock

- Correlative

- White rice

- Mayonnaise

- Dark pepper

+ Technique:

- Heat the oil, fry the Fiesta Volcano Cheese for 3 minutes or until cooked, channel and afterward cut down the middle.

- Join water, pureed tomatoes, bean stew sauce, stock powder and vinegar, blend well.

- Cut the garlic and scallion then, at that point, absorb it ice water.

- Heat a little oil, fry the garlic until brown, put the garlic away

- Beat eggs, add salt, sugar, and pepper and scallions, mix

- In a similar skillet, heat the oil until it is truly hot and afterward switch off the hotness. Pour in the eggs, cook until half cooked then add the Fiesta Volcano Cheese

- Set up the rice, pour the mayonnaise and dark pepper over the rice then, at that point, put the velvety omelet chunks on top of the rice. Sprinkle seared garlic and sprinkle a little zesty harsh sauce on it.
